Paul Kopkau | Suite
Chateau d'Eau is pleased to present an exhibition of sculptures by Paul Kopkau exploring personal themes of luxury, the post industrial individual, and the double meaning of the word Suite. A perfume based on the smell of a fictional hotel explored in a previous exhibition, "Palm Crest and Suites" at Company gallery in 2017, will be atomized through a bubble machine presented as a kinetic sculpture in the space. Paul Kopkau is an artist living and working in Brooklyn NY. His work has been included in exhibitions at The Swiss Institute, The Perez Art Museum Miami, and David Lewis Gallery. He has had solo and two person exhibitions at Company Gallery in New York, as well as 321 gallery in Brooklyn. |
